Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with tags on.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at friendlyfoxfreck@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Parcel Refusal or Return

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. If you wish to start a return please follow the proper procedures listed above, under 'Refunds'.

We will not refund orders that are refused at the post office or returned without authorization. It is your responsibility to retrieve your purchased goods within the timeframe specified by the shipping agent after their attempt to deliver.

If your package is returned to us, without our authorization, you will be responsible for ALL shipping fees, including the return fee. IF we authorize a refund, you will be charged a restocking fee of 10% on your order. A restocking fee of 15% will apply on all seasonal prints.

It is at our discretion whether or not you are entitled to a refund if your parcel is refused or returned without our authorization.
